Project Title: Quick Donation Interactive Billboard For Orphanage Institution

Brief:

Do.Care, a donation platform using an interactive billboard for Orphanage Institution in Malaysia. Through this interactive billboard will be provided two ways of donating through a screen scanned QR Code and also using the 'Pay Wave' method whereby donors simply need to wave their bank card on the machine next to the digital billboard to make payments. This platform can make it easier for people to donate while saving time. Most people have limited time to make a donation, having this platform can help to encourage the community to donate. The donation platform is built to help Malaysian Orphanages Institution in Malaysia especially in Klang Valley.

Orphanages with fundraising problems will be identified and the proceeds from this donation will be channeled to needy orphanages. The Interactive Billboard will be located in the leading shopping malls where the elite of Malaysian people are the focus of the visit to make it easy for these groups to make donations. The main concept of this platform is an easy and quick donation which focuses on the use of time when transactions are easy and fast. The billboard will also include information about the orphanage involved and also how the donated money will go.

Development:

This project design an interactive billboard using an attractive design and an interactive screen, this screen showing interesting statices about the current status of orphans, also by this screen can view information about the orphanage involved and how the donated money will spend, with an easy method to make the process of donation by offering two ways: by using mobile to scan a QR code through a bank account, or using the bank card by PayWave.

Impact:

By offering this donation platform that will be an active tool to help former children from orphanage home to start a better life after they leave their institution, and increase their chance to get a proper education, this is because of the children after they become 18 years old forced to leave the orphanage and start their lives on their own, here we are trying to provide them with some help to stay on the right way.
